Radish Shoots

Radish shoots are at the stage of plant growth between sprouts and microgreens. They pack a powerful kick of flavor with a crisp and crunchy texture.

Radish belongs to the brassicaceae family of plants and has been proven to have high minerals and antioxidant bioactive compounds like its cousins broccoli, mustard, and kale. In fact, radish out competes broccoli and kale for higher bioaccessibility of antioxidants and minerals at the microgreen level.
