Maple Tahini Dressing
—
Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients:
¼ cup grade A maple syrup
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup low sodium tamari
¼ cup rice vinegar
Directions:
This simple yet delicious dressing can be combined quickly using a blender. If using a whisk, heat tamari and vinegar, but do not boil. Combine maple syrup and tahini in a mixing bowl then whisk in warm ingredients. This is a great base dressing and can be easily altered with red pepper flakes, minced garlic or ginger.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Enjoy!
