Carrot & Farro Salad w/ Savory Tahini Dressing
Our latest salad features shredded carrots, sesame seeds, farro, and a savory tahini dressing
Our greens of choice include:
Baby leafy greens: mizuna, mustards, red cabbage, dino kale, and red kale
Shoots: sunflower shoots, radish shoot, pea shoots
Suggested salad additions:
Shredded Carrots
Sesame Seeds
Farro
Savory Tahini Dressing

Yields: 6oz
Ingredients:
⅓ cup tahini
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tamari
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon shallot, minced
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add more water to reach desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
